Track order
Enter the order number from your confirmation email. Tracking appears once a label is created, usually within one business day of ordering.
What the statuses mean
| Status | What is happening |
|---|---|
| Received | Payment cleared. Nothing has been picked yet. |
| Packing | Picked and being packed by hand. Changes are no longer possible. |
| Label created | Tracking number issued. The carrier has not scanned it in yet. |
| In transit | Moving. US orders take 3 business days from this point. |
| Held at customs | International only. The carrier will contact you for duties. |
| Delivered | Scanned as delivered. Returns run 14 days from this date. |
Lost or stolen after a delivery scan needs a claim with the carrier first. Tell us and we will file it with you.
